PGWP AND STUDY PERMIT AT THE SAME TIME

HI GUYS,

I HAVE APPLIED FOR PGWP AND STILL WAITING FOR IT. MY PLANS HAVE CHANGED NOW I AM THINKING TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL

AFTER WORKING FOR SOME MONTHS ON PGWP , CAN I APPLY FOR STUDY PERMIT AND ENROL IN BACHELORS DEGREE PROGRAM?

CAN I KEEP BOTH PGWP AND STUDY PERMIT AT THE SAME TIME?

IN THIS CASE, IF A APPLY FOR STUDY PERMIT , MY PGWP WILL GET CANCELLED OR NOT?

No - you can't hold a PGWP and a study permit at the same time. If the PGWP is approved and you then obtain a study permit, this will cancel the PGWP. Note that you can only apply for a PGWP once.

To answer the other question you asked - yes, you can work on the PGWP for a few months and then obtain another study permit. However once you finish your second round of studies, you will not qualify for another PGWP.

Hi guys,

I have a pgwp then I decided to go back to study. My PGWP will expire in August 2017 and my study permit is September. ( I just graduated) Can I have both status at the same time? I submitted my PR application, can I use my PGWP to apply the bridging work permit? Thanks
