Personal loan during pgwp

Hello guys,

I'm currently under pgwp status in canada. I'm w cec candidate. I have a pr invitation but haven't yet accepted it.
I'm thinking of taking personal loan for clearing my credit card debt. My lender is providing me 6000.
Can I borrow the loan ? I'm not sure if it is violating my work permit status. Will it affect my pr process in anyway if i get the money from a canadian lender ? Please let me know.
