My family gave me an opportunity of a lifetime and I ruined it.

I have been working as a security guard for a while now and recently tried applying for PR and realised that my job doesn't satisfy the qualifications for any of the residency programs. I studied and graduated in Ontario, and was given a 3-year post-graduate work permit. I've since burned through it working a job that didn't even qualify for permanent residency. I had the idea that if I could just graduate in Ontario and get any job I could qualify for permanent residency. I didn't know immigration would be this tough. I don't know how I'm gonna come back from this and I am worried for my future since I've made my plans aligned with living here in Toronto and now this time next year I will be forced to leave. I was a clueless guy with a dream.

My work permit is going to expire next year and I still don't know how to break the news to my family. I have failed them. Now we're millions in debt to different banks.

So sorry about this. What is your question? You are not eligible for Express Entry, nor OINP. If you want PR then consider leaving Canada get skilled experience and learn French.

If you get a skilled job tomorrow in Canada and get one year of experience what will your CRS score be? If well over 500 with degree, max English scores and experience then may have a chance.
