I received a PPR and have submitted a webform as I am already in Canada and it has been 4 weeks and haven't received any link to create the PR portal. I have created the Permanent Residence Portal account by myself and noticed that CIC will be creating the account, I tried to delete the account but I am not able to.
Will this delay the process? Is there any way I can delete the account.
