I am trying to put together my package to renew my permanent resident card (expired, but I have been living with my Canadian spouse and children outside of Canada due to my partner's job, and have a permanent resident travel document that is due to expire in the fall).
However....when I try to access the document checklist, I am told that my Adobe Reader is not up to scratch. Having updated the reader, and also tried this with the same results on several computers, I am starting to think that there is something wrong with the document checklist link online.
Would anyone have such a document checklist available to share with me? The link I am trying to access is Document Checklist (PDF, 2.19MB) on the https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/guide-5445-applying-permanent-resident-card-card-first-application-replacement-renewal-change-sex-designation.html#5445E5 website, under 'step 1'.
