Permanent residence application for my daughter

Me and my husband became permanent residence abouts four months ago, our daughter who still lives in Ethiopia she just turned 12 and we applied for pr for her , her file is in Nairobi .we get a pre arrival letter almost two moth ago .and we haven't heard anything from them since. Any one who have information about this kind of application please let us know

How did you and your husband apply for PR? In your application, did you declare your daughter as non-accompanying?

Yes we did..we were refugee claimants on 2017 and we got accepted then we became pr on 2019.
