a person i know who get visa today and he apply 1 month before and his invitation dates where 1 week of june and she got the visa

ok then congt...to him/her :) :
in some cases decisions results come..fast
but normally it takes 75 working days bcz of working load

Applied on May 3rd, no reply from CIC yet :(
 
I applied TRV for my wife on July 2nd ...still to hear from CIC
 
i also applied trv isb for me and my family on 2nd July still no reply i am waiting any updates have person please share with us
 
Take it easy you all -- It takes atleast 2 months. Now since the Eid Holidays have started that will further delay your process. Expect your passport back in the first or second week of September.

my wife applied for TRV on 15th May and got her visa on 15th of August. They didn't ask for medical or interview etc.

Hi All

Just a quick request for information regarding TRV from CHC Islamabad for my parents and brother. My parents have been visiting me for past ten years and I am a Canadian Citizen. My parents last time had multiple entry visa for 3 yrs and it expired. They visited me couple of times during that time frame. This time I sent an invitation letter for my brother as well. He is 26 years old single working and studying full time. I have attached all the necessary documentation as I always do. They applied for the visa in the first week of June, 2012. They have not heard anything yet. Last time my parent's got their visa within 2-2.5 months. I am wondering it's been almost 3 months, I don't know may be becoz of my brother this time, this is difficult. Any ideas or suggestions plz do share the information. I don't know if their application will be accepted or rejected. I am anxiously waiting for the response from CHC ISB.
 
i think timming is good going they will get visas soon they are checking backgrounds if they no give visa then they will no check backgrounds i think sounds great and you will get positive news

well honestly i am not an expert but your case seems to me quite positive and i hope they will get visa. The worst could be to reject your brother's visa but he can re apply then, and i think you must wait for at least 3 months before inquiring about the progress.

in my case i am a post graduate computer science student here and my wife submitted very limited documents and provided a strong evidence of ties with her home country.

Hi,

My parents applied for visitor visa in April and after exactly 90 days got a medical request which was carried out in early August and now they are waiting for any decision. Any idea on how much time it will take more and have they made medical compulsory for visitors also.
 
My fiance wants to apply for a TRV. She has an aunt in Canada who will sponsor her for the visit. Is she required to show how she is her aunt. What kinda proof she needs to show the relationship. Or just a sponsorship letter from her aunt is sufficient..
