I had received ITA from PEI around 8th March and was as asked to respond with all the forms and supporting documents within a months time.
I will submit my response today

Anyone else submitting or have submitted their responses to PEI?

have you checked NBPNP..?
they have recently started applications from IT applicants for certain NOCs..
