I received an ITA under recent CEC draw but I have quick question with an issue.
Actually my PGWP expired on Jan 19th 2026 and I applied for LMIA before the expiration on January 18th and received a rejection on March 23rd 2026. The email said that I have 90 days to restore my status that is 20 June 2026. I received an ITA April 2nd 2026. How should I proceed with applying PCC from BLS? They mentioned that I require to provide them valid status on Canada which I currently don’t have. My talked to my lawyer she said if we apply for visitor visa within restoration period I might not able to get BOWP after AOR.
Can someone help to clarify this issue and How should I go about it at BLS?
