Hey guys...i have 2 passport...old one I never travelled anywhere....

Current is what i used to travel and making EE profile...and got ita.

Now i have the Pcc from Bls india for new passport

My question is do I need to get a separate PCC for the old passpoet as well??

PCC is always issued for current valid passport.
 
Guys i stayed in usa for 5+ months but kess than 6 in 2015. Shd i get pcc form usa too? Altgough my passport has entry and exit dates stamped.

The requirement is cumulative, so if you had any other trips to the USA, you probably are over the 6 month threshold.

If you have never traveled to the US except that one time, you can try uploading a letter of explanation (that you were there less than 6 months, so you believe the PCC is not required). With luck IRCC will accept that.

It is quite possible that IRCC will ask for the FBI cert anyway. Since it takes a long time to get, you might want to think about applying for it "just in case".
