PCC for citizenship

eligibility date doesn't matter, what matters is last 4 years, if you have leave Canada for 183 days in last 4 years.

What i am confusing is in my eligibility period 2014-03-01 to 2019-03-01 I was in India waiting for PR which was from 2014-03-01 to 2015-07-01(my PR landing Date).
so by these data I was in India for more than an year, But as per point in the application "In the past four (4) years, if you spent 183 days or more in a row" then need to submit PCC I am not.
So the confusion starts here whether need a pcc or not
