HI,

I am filling the forms of Spouse sponsorship within canada for my brother, in which I have to submit police certificates of countries where he lived at least for six months. But in the document checklist, it directs toward APPENDIX A : REQUEST FOR POLICE CERTIFICATES.
I am confused, is it the replacement of police certificates or I have to submit all police certificate along with this form.

That form is for those countries who only give the PCC directly to immigration and not the applicant. You don't need to include that form, just the PCC's if you can get them yourself.
