Pay stubs issue

I am about to send out my application package but have one thing not quite sure and would like to have some advice.

Since the T4 and NOA do not cover the income for 2014, I would like to include my pay stubs as proofs but the company address there is not updated and does not match with my employment letter.

Is it better not sending them to avoid possible trouble?

Many thanks!

Are you paid a salary, or an hourly wage? Paystubs are not required, so there's no reason you couldn't apply without them. But sometimes it helps (e.g. those who work variable hours, and are paid an hourly wage).

This part of the document checklist was reworded recently and it seems to request T4s and NOAs for the entire period of work experience being claimed (with pay stubs as a backup) rather than simply "the latest" T4 and NOA. I would think almost all CEC applicants include work experience accrued within the current tax year; surely they don't all have to submit pay stubs?

Hi,

if you are paid on salary only include the most recent pay stub before you submit your file as this will show the UP TO DATE gross income but if you are on the hourly wage you should send all those for 214 preceding the date of your application submission, make sure you include your pay stubs since you claim this experience and T4,notice of assesments are not available yet for 2014.
as for the address issue,i think its fine because most of big and med size corporations and franchisees have a different address in their pay stubs which is usually the head office address,in case its just a small business owned by someone i would recommend you include a cover letter and clarify the issue to the immigration officer to be on the safe side.
good luck

I had the same doubt.
I work on salary and not per hour, but I didn't want to take any chances.
I sent all 2014 pay stubs and the 2013 NOA with the T4

Indeed it has been recently changed (even tho it still shows Oct 2013 on the website!), thanks for pointing that out. Well, then, it would seem more important than before to send 2014 paystubs; if it shows cumulative information, the most recent is probably enough. Depending on what kind of company you work for, I wouldn't worry too much about the address on the paystub, lots of companies process payroll out of different offices than the actual work site... It would be more important what is on your letter of employment.
