Hi, I have 9 years of experience.

2007-2008 Company A

2008-2009 Company B

2009-2013 Company C

20013-2014 Unemployed worked for two months and left

2014-Present Company D (More than 3years)

In EE
In work History I entered about Company C and Company D only

I got reference letter from my present company D and Company C refused to give on letter head but my ex boss is ready to give on white paper. I have all other documents pertaining to Company C.

Can I use duties mentioned on white paper as a proof related to company C? Or company C is not required.

Whether this work experience is relevant or not depends on whether you're a FSW applicant or not and whether it was any effect that would put you below the required 67 out of 100 points under the six selection factors.

Hi Thanks,

I am FSW-O candidate and this past experience does not effect my eligibility. My question is should I remove this experience from Work History or just upload the documents like pay stubs, joining letter, relieving letters or may be income tax letters to prove I was working.

Remove it and include it only in the personal history section. No proof of employment will be required.

You can include a LOE regarding the fact that this change has no effect on your CRS/eligibility.
