Did you get any confirmation that "Passport has been received by office"? I thought Passport Delivered = Passport received by office but you have mentioned 7 days delay.

There is no reasons to be worried yet Based on everyone's else timeline, it can take up to 2 or 3 weeks before approval.

I realized that Moose17 sent passport copy (visa free country citizen). Their processing takes 1 week. Others take 2 weeks.

i called them, they said they recieved it on nov 1

I sent mine yesterday Nov 9, its showing delivered today Nov 10!!
