My annex A starts with ANNEX A (English and French) in 1st row and the last row with the message "Please note that an incorrect mailing address could......"

The row just before it has Signature and Date Columns

Am I missing any part?

The mail I got is not directly from CIC, but forwarded by my agent, so I don't have the option to check if anything got trimmed, sorry

Hi guys i am about to do my flag poling but i only have my original new work permit and only a copy of my old work permit is there any issue? will they ask me about my old original work permit?

Should be fine, Old one is not manditory, you need to carry a copy of current which has validity,

Ya, initially gmail hid the signature and date column, but when I clicked on the "..." part of the email, it showed the full email.

Very tricky if you not tech-savvy.

If you have sent incomplete or unsigned Annex-A, I recommend you to send it by email (as an attachment) and also by CSE (as an attachment) ASAP.

This is a thread on "Passport Submission to CPC-Ottawa Office". This is for for applicants residing in Canada and US. Thats why we see more of CEC here. For Outland (except US), CIC asks to submit passport to Visa Office in applicants respective country.

Btw, I'm a FSW-I applicant and have sent my passport to Ottawa for PR stamping.
