Called IRCC call center on November 21st, 2017. Was told that passport is in the printing room (since November 16th) and is expected to be approved on MyCIC by November 30th

Got a flight on the 8th of December, so fingers crossed.

You should easily get PP before your flight. CIC is currently taking 24-28 days to return PP after delivery.

What was the wording of your email? I sent an email, last Friday, asking whether they received our passports and the status and no reply so far.

Hey @Bars long time no see. CIC is taking 28ish days to return Passports after delivery.

0-7 days in general. You will need photos, and schedule A (this comes with your PPR).
