guys, i've been requested to create a tracker for Passport Stamping - can you suggest possible columns?

I received my CoPR yesterday.

6-16 PPR
6-21 Passport copy arrived at Ottawa (from a visa-exempt country)
6-22 Approved
6-27 Tracker activated
6-28 CoPR received

What shipping company ?

And signature required for the pp to Ottawa ?

I used Canada Post. I am living in Ontario.
I did not ask for the signature when sending the copy. No signature was required for the returning CoPR either.

Good Morning,
I forget to write my full name and DOB on the picture and I wrote my first name on one picture only.
Do you think this will affect the CoPR processing??

I submitted PPR on 19th June and received on 22nd June.

Please advise.

Hi,

I received Passport request on May 30th.
Sent the passports to CPC Ottawa on June 01.

My passports (and other documents) were received by CPC ottawa on June 2nd 2017.
I have not received them back yet and even Return Envelope tracking # is not showing as activated.

My case was filed by an Attorney and I do not have any way to check the case status online.

Is this the time when I should contact CIC or CPC Ottawa? Which number to call? And what information they expect from the caller before sharing the case details.

Appreciate help.

Its taking about two weeks. June 19th people are getting approved.

Passport sent June 8, delivered june 12. Not even approved on CIC account yet. I call them almost everyday. Yesterday, she said, passport still waiting for printing. This is killing me now.
