PASSPORTS TO CPC-OTTAWA IN Feb 2016

I don't think anybody have started this thread yet. Considering sometime it takes a while for passport to come back, i think its good idea to have thread for this.

I have sent mine on Feb 01.

mine passport reached ottawa on feb 4.

I know some people whose passports received on Jan 29 has not got back their passports. This concerns me.

I think Cic stamps the passport in batch. I haven't seen anybody's tracker getting activated after getting 'application approved' email after Jan 29. So my guess is that they haven't touched passports after jan 29.

We all should get approved status in the same day. Also our tracker should get activated around same time.

Right, so I just checked MyCIC and there has been an update: "Final decision - This application has been approved".
