I submitted on November 26, 2020.
Got to VFS on November 27
Counterfoil Update on December 23
Email for passport pickup January 13,2020

Finally received notification for passport pickup from VFS Lagos.
Here's my timeline again:

Ghost update - 23 Oct 2020
Biometrics completed - 30 Oct 2020

Passport submission DHL - 27 Nov 2020
DHL to VFS - 30 Nov 2020
VFS acknowledgement - 2 Dec 2020
Approval and Counterfoil update - 31 Dec 2020
Passport pick up notification - 13 Jan 2021

Did you get a separate email on how to make payment?

I called vfs now and they told me my passport is ready for collection so she sent me an email to make the payment

Just got an email that my passport is ready for collection, got counterfoil update 31st December. Will call them now at VFS Lagos

I sent mine since Nov 13th, got counterfoil update on Dec 23rd, and till now VFS has not contacted me . I’m confused here .
Besides their customer care number hardly goes. I keep trying but never goes through

Trust me I was never contacted, no email, no sms yet I paid for the service. It's 3pm and work is closed so aim for 9am tomorrow. Yours should be available

I just called and the automated voice said they are closed. But how do we pay for the courier service ? Can someone pls share the process?

It still says that it's in transit I.. this people do not like me at all, no email still!
