I submitted my pp to Chandigarh vfs yesterday. Today my cic account shows application closed and approved. Does this mean stamping is done?

I Just submitted my passport to New Delhi VO through VFS. Now raising a CSE to process its faster.

You can wait, or call CIC directly instead of CSE. CSE itself takes 10-15 days to reply.

That will be great if someone can share CIC number. To be specific if its New Delhi CIC Office that will be great otherwise any number will suffice.

just original PP, a copy of PP and two pics (new format)..

VFS tracker has been updated for me. Now it says:

Visa application, tracking ID No.XXXX is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, NEW DELHI.To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website.

Does this mean the PP has already been delivered to New Delhi VO?

It means it is being processed right now. Once the stamping is done, you will receive a text message saying the passport has been sent to Canada Visa Application Center. It happened to me today.

I submitted my PP on 11th Jan at Chandigarh VFS center. In my case, it was not sent to Delhi, but was apparently processed at Chandigarh only. I got two messages today: first one saying that it has been sent to Canada Visa Application Center and then an hour or later, another message saying the PPs have been dispatched via BlueDart.
