I sent my passport feb 8 2019 recieved at mailroom Ottawa feb 12 until now nothing so confusing some of here recieved at feb 15 their passport get it back already what's going on

Did you send it from Canada or US?

Mine was sent Feb 14 (I live in Canada)
Received Feb 15
Status changed to approved Feb 28
Still waiting for passports

Shouldnt you be worried for your passport as well? Did you diligently follow the steps mentioned in the PPR email? I think you can reply to that email to follow-up

Is there any way we can check that they received the passports or we have to wait till file gets approved. My FedEx receipt says delivered on 26 feb to Ottawa. Or I'm just anxious because of original pp
