Me and my daughter were charged 117 CAD fees for Passport surrender 3 weeks back whereas my wife was charged 60 CAD last week, I am not sure why this difference, I reached out to BLS and they said consulate has decreased the fees last week. Does anyone have a similar experience. Please confirm.
