Passport sent to ottawa 2019 after ppr

Tracker activated at 7 pm AST... cannot remember exact date but it took more than 2 days to get back our passports. And was weekend in between so delay was anticipated.
Sent to Ottawa: 22nd May.
Delivered: 24th May.
Approved: 29th May
Return Tracking: Activated today June 30th at 6:45 PM

I am from Brazil, most of us don’t need a visa! I called them and they said because I came to Canada once using ETA I don’t wanna need a stamp! I will do the landing tomorrow but at 1000 island bridge, i believe it is the only one I can do it on friday!

I dont have gckey, but when I called cic yesterday. the automated message said that its approved but tracker is still not activated.
Let me know when your tracker gets active.
I m expecting today.
Because i got email by cic for approved status.
But it was already approved day before yesterday
I saw few posts , retrun tracker was activated at the evening for most of the people around between 6:30 - 7 on Ontario time, anybody else got thier activated than this time? May be 8 Am in the morning or 12 PM afternoon or 4 PM at the evening.
