Passport sent to ottawa 2019 after ppr

Apr 17: PPR, sent passport copy from Whitehorse, YT
Apr 23: Delivered to CPC Ottawa
Apr 27: Approved on GCKey (even though Saturday)

I have a question.
GCKey displays "Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details." on Final decision, but I don't receive any new messages.
Does anyone get the one?

My passport also Delivered to CPC Ottawa on Apr 23: however i don't see any update yet on my account. It still shows "Submitted", The only thing i can see decision made on Ecas.

I also applied for BOWP extension which approved yesterday and i do not received any msg. i just accidentally open my account and found the update there.

Kinda yes. Untill landing papers are in your hand ( by law) but generally saying once you got ppr your chances are 99.9% for PR

No Updates yet. i heard it may take 10 business days from the day it delivered. it been 7 business days so far. few more days to go.

Where do you check the status? does ECAS show approve status? do they add one more line in ECAS?

It's the GCKey that shows the Approved status. The ECAS only shows Decision Made
