Is there anyone whose passport was delivered to CPC Ottawa on the week of October 7th and their online status changed to approved?
It has been more than two weeks since they received my passport and my status is still not approved yet.

Did call them at ‭1 (888) 242-2100‬ and automated message says that the call volume is high and call back again.
What is the specific number to call?
