Hu, my parents have recieved the passport submission request . They applied for pr last year and father is main applicant n mother is spouse applicant.
The thing is that my father is currently in india and my mother is residing with me here in Toronto currently. I am wondering if my father can submit his pp to New Delhi vfs and mother in ottawa? Has anyone ever did this and know the protocol? Do i need to inform new delhi embassy for this?
