I sent them invoice via email reply yet no updates i just hope things get going asap for me making me a little worried now

Same for me, I resigned from my job, I have to vacate my apartment tomorrow because I thought that the passport was delivered on April 17, so definitely I will get it back by May 15 and I gave notice to my landlord, Now I will have to go and stay with my friends.
Yes, I sent them invoice via email reply too on May 9th, but no reply/update after that, the UPS tracker is also no activated yet.
Hi all! I'm kinda nervous at this point.
So, my husband got an email with an autogenerated pdf requesting a commercial invoice to send his documents back. He sent the pictures and items requested for his COPR from the US via FEDEX and the commercial inv was in the package he sent. So, he emailed it to them again. AFter zero response and nothing happening with his package I looked into it for him & upon closer inspection I realized fedex had marked one thing wrong on the inv so, I called fedex to get it corrected, to which they had me create an entirely new com inv and said to fill it in, sign it then scan it and send it to IRCC. We have done that now, we wait, it's been a little over a week since we sent the brand new com inv. We got no confirmation of the document being recieved or anything. How long does it normally take for them to get it sent out after this? Should we hear anything or just keep checking the fedex tracking to see if the package has been given to fedex? It's been since the end of March and we have everything booked for him to move at the end of May. Should I be changing u-haul truck reservations and my flight down to the US yet or am I freaking out over nothing? Thank you!

I’m in a very similar situation. Have sent commercial invoice on friday. But still havent heard back nor did my tracker shows any updates. I did a follow up email again last night. But i assume we’d just have to wait. I hope the tracker gets activated before saturday or else i’m sure coz of long weekend nothing is going to happen untill tue or wed
Well I guess at least I'm not the only one over here nail biting! My husband was planning to put in his notice at work tomorrow, but, now it's like hmm... maybe we should just wait, I mean, what if this takes another month?? Have you recieved any communication from them that wasn't auto-generated? It would just be SO much simpler if ya could just speak to a person for 5 minutes and everythign would be done, no guessing. My husband tried to call the call centre today, but, per usual, its vmails and just the menu hanging up on him eventually.
Idk i feel like no matter how long you take time verification of application. But once u ask for passport things should be expedited asap. Being without a passport in a country where u are not a citizen is scary and especially in US
I can imagine. My husband is a US citizen, so, he didn't have to send his passport, just pictures etc. Regardless, I agree, you would think it would be an expedited process that would include personal communication if necessary instead of just automated messages that leave you wondering if everything has been sent, received and completed to their satisfaction.
I hope to see some movement on his parcel still this week! If anyone else has some experience in this area, can you tell me how long it took for your parcel to move after the doc was sent?
My husband JUST called me a moment ago and said he got an update from Fedex like 10 minutes ago! The package is officially on the move!! His commercial invoice went to them a little over a week ago so, I suspect as long as everything is in order, your package will not be far behind!
