Passport can submit from Canada

Hello , As my mother is in India and she completed her medical for PR under parents sponsor program. She also has valid visitor visa. Now she is waiting for passport request for stamping PR visa. Now she wish to travel Canada. 1. Can she submit passport for stamping from Canada to India ?. Please reply in details. Thank You

She can travel to Canada. When she does, update her address with IRCC on the PGP application.

What should happen is they'll either invite to do a virtual landing, or possibly send passport request with instructions to repsond ASAP if applicant is in Canada (in order to do virtual landing).

This means they'd do the landing process without her departing and returning.
