If there is a slight difference between the particulars submitted to CIC and VO, will the application gets rejected?
Or will they call for an interview? Or will it be okayed without any problem?

Better is to write a cover letter explaining the difference else there are chances of interview

CIO or Central Intake Office is Located at Nova Scotia, Canada, While Local Visa Office is located in your country (Canadian Embassy)
