Good news from my side as well, my status was updated this morning from "In Process" to "Decision Made" on ecas (both for my wife and for me).

Congrats!

No update from my side. Just waiting for the interview date.

This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2015/07/08.

This was the email my wife received today . The date is the original date CIC case processing centre in Mississauga received the sponsorship application.

At the bottom of the email it say

Embassy of Canada
Visa Section
37 Avenue Montaigne
75008 Paris
France

Can you please help me understand ? Is this AOR 2 ?

I'm pretty sure this is the AOR2 from the Paris VO, that means they received your application. I guess they don't requested you any document, by the moment (and I hope neither in the future), that is a good news.

I think you're right it is AOR2 from Paris and we received an email request for Travel History for my wife. I am not sure if we missed it and did not submit it in the original application or it is an additional requirement

your Ecas already showing "IP" which means that they have your file. don't get panic and just wait

It's been 5 days ecas showing Decision Made for me but since then there is no contact from CIC !!

What should I do or what suggestions do you have guys for me!!

Do not stress about it. It took 2 weeks from when my ECAS changed to decision made to when my COPR arrived in the mail at my house. I know its hard because you have been waiting so long, but try not to stress and I promise it will arrive very soon.

My wife received the interview invitation finally. ;D
Nov 4th.

They didn't ask for my presence. But I will travel and be with her in the interview. They had that as an option in the invitation.

No changes to the ecas

The good news is I got passport request today

Question is here
Do I have to send any thing else with my passport any document or anything or only just passport ?

Secondly what is and how is best way to deliver the passport from Norway to Paris ??
