Guessing that CRP means Confirmation de Residence Permanente (French). I'll update when it arrives!

Hi guys quick help needed as I have sent my passport from here Norway to Paris office and prepaid envelope service wasn't available as I mentioned earlier!
I told this Paris office in email 2 times and now they are asking me for a DHL account number
Any help please

Why not calling DHL and ask them for a solution

I did call to DHL couple of times each time I spoke for half an hour for solution but they were keep saying you have to have a company for that account number and embassy is not really helping out!
I am stuck don't know what to do

You can easily create an online shipment label from DHL:
https://webshipping2.dhl.com/wsi/WSIServlet?moduleKey=Login&countryCode=fr&languageCode=en&createShip=y
No account required. You can use a credit card to pay and I think it will then email you the shipping label.
My guess would be that you could then forward this shipping label to Paris so they can print it and attach to the package.

Or you can open an account. From what I can see, it doesn't require a company.

Hope that helps. Maybe try looking at the other shippers as well like UPS and FedEx (not sure if they operate in Europe though...)

I don't know if I can ask questions here, but since I'm going to be going through the paris office as well ( I'm sending our application at the end of this month), I had a question that's been confusing me. I've heard that his family members, so his siblings and father, don't need to get a medical exam done, since none of them are dependent on him and are not following him to Canada. But I keep reading in different guides that all his family members need to complete a medical exam or the application will be rejected. Does family members in this case only mean dependents? Or do we really have to tell his rather large family they all have to go to the doctors?

I am so sorry you are going through this since your process has already not been easy.

Since none of us here know the answer I suggest you post this question on the main board and maybe someone else has had the same situation happen with a different VO abroad and will have a solution for you.

I wish I had the answer you needed.
