Parents want to visit me from Iran....I need some guidance please

HI there

My parents (mom and dad) are currently in Iran

They want to visit me and my sisters in Toronto

They are planning to stay less than 6 months

Can I apply for them online?

They both need "biometrics", which they are supposed to get from Albania.

Do I apply for their visa online first and then send in the biometrics?

Or should they give me their biometrics first, before I apply for their visa online?

Any guidance would be much appreciated

After you apply online, CIC will request a BIL (biometric information letter).
You will have instructions what to do next in that letter as well.
