I like to applying for my Parents Canadian Visitor Visa (Not Super Visa). Me and my Spouse does not have permanent Job. What i am trying to see is how much bank statement i need so that Visa should not be rejected. I do have savings which i am trying to use as financial support. They are only planning to come for 1 month to meet us and their Grand kids

No definite answer to how much money you need, but i think your mom needs a good salary, money in the bank, properties in your home country, good travel record.

You can only provide a letter of invitation but everything else relies in your mom’s documents and records.

Thanks for feedback. I know someone who applied for her parents Visitor Visa 9 years ago, Her parents does not have any travel history, no Bank account statement, only couple of properties and dependents back home and Bank statement was provided by person who wrote invitation letter. At that time visa was approved but again it was 9 years ago. May be rules are more strict now.
