Hi,

My mom just got approved for a regular TRV. Is it possible to apply for a Super Visa while she's in Canada or just apply for an extension of her TRV? And also, is it ok if I include my husband as a cosigner for Super Visa to meet the LICO? Thank you in advance!

She can only apply for Supervisa outside Canada. Yes your husband can co-sign if and when she applies for supervisa from the Philippines. You should apply for TRV extension online a month before her current TRV expires. At some point extensions will be refused and she will have to return and reestablish herself in the Philippines. Then she can apply for supervisa.
