can anyone help me .......there is wrong issue date on my brother passport n he is dependent in our case and we got passport request and is it urgent to correct passport issue date on passport before sending passport to delhi for visa?
please advise thanksssssssssssss

What do you mean by wrong issue date? I would just send the passport as it is. Don't mention it unless they do and I am pretty sure they wont.

Please let me know your thoughts, should i try super visa for my parents to visit canada this summer. My parents sponsorship application is currently at local visa office (delhi) and they got the request for additional documents from delhi two weeks ago, and soon delhi immigration will be sending medical request and they have to submit the medical request and the additional documents all together. If my parents get their sponsorship visa within this year, then I dont think i should try super visa because the medical insurance costs for supervisa is expensive (two people medical insurance costs about $3000). Please advise what you guys think.

1) from year 2009-2019 with cancelled stamp with issue date 02/09/2009
2) current passport with personal info correct n valid from 2013-2023...but on this passport they have to write issue date of old passport and old passport no..........................old passport no is correct but issue date is 02/09/2002 instead of 02/09/2009

I am sorry I am unable to answer this question as I am from Pakistan so not sure what's the requirement of this issue in India, however I don't think that this will be an issue as long as their current passport are valid.

I think if you were to attach the old passport to the new and send both to immigration, the immigration staffs can clearly see if they think the error is a big issue, moreover they will have to be considerate as i think wrong issue date was due to the officers error and not your fault . If you sent both old and new then you are being transparent about your information

have they requested both old and new passport?? if not than u can send the current passport without any proof of mistake ... becoz once the time for sending ur passport is over than it may take long again to have visas... try your luck and send them the passport ...in either ways there ll b delay but who knows if ur luck works than u can get visas... i wud suggest send them passport as it is...

yes, they ask for both passport and today we hv sent passport and hun Baba ji kirpa karan k visa lag je without any issue

The have already asked for updated documents we have sent that already. they also stated on the letter they would send an automatic email with medical request but we have not received the email yet? should we follow up on it or wait.

I received the same email asking for updated documents, and it said I will get a separate email for medical. Both the medical and updated documents should be send together as one package as per the letter I got from my local visa office. I am also wondering what if they don't send me the medical request soon, because they gave timeline of 60 days to submit updated docs and medicals.

Valoni, I have a question on sending the updated documents. Did you complete the form IMM5406 (Additional family info) and 5669 (Schedule A) for each of the family members even though they are over 22 years and not sponsored to come with parents.

Brother we are not yet lucky as you are so no medical as yet for us but brother nabeel here also completed their medical you can follow him but nobody knows for sure how much time it will take. if everything is fine in medical then it should be within 6 moth but this is my guess.
