Hi, I m new to this forum. I have sponsered by mom under family class sponsorship. case timeline as follow

Applied - April 2008
Moved to Delhi July 2012
Meds requested - Nov 2012
Medical and passport submitted Dec 2012.

After that no updated from Delhi, been checking online website everyday but no update. ( all its says application received April 2008)
no info about medicals or any other update.

Please advice wht should I do next. As I live in Edmonton.

Yes you do need to submit the "Use of a Representative (IMM 5476)". I am in the same situation and I ask and they said yes because the representative is hte person they will be communicating with.

I'm in the process of filling in the requested docs and got confused a bit. :-\ Could you plz kindly answer my questions:
1) I'm the sponsor and helping my Mom to fill all the forms. Do i need to submit "Use of a Representative (IMM 5476)" form for myself?

2) I have translated and notorized copies of my Birth Certificate, my father's death certificate, etc dated Nov 2005; Is it ok to submit these copies or i need to do it again.

Is n't there 3 fees like
A principal applicant , then spouse and then right of landing fees. Or just 490 each person on application. Please clarify . Thank you . Will appreciate it.
