Passports and COPR arrived at Indian mailing address

If you guys remember, on Dec 16th I got a call from VO asking me for PCC from Ireland. I had already submitted the original and the person who rang me told me to send a copy of the original if I have as the original could be on the old file in VO (my file number was changed from Bxxxxxxxxx to Fxxxxxxxxx). I couriered a copy of the PCC to VO the next day. Today I received a letter dated 16 Dec from the VO asking me for an original PCC from Ireland which is already with them. What do you think I should do? Send a copy again with this letter? Or just ignore the letter as the deadline for submitting the PCC is 30 Jan?

GCMS notes say the first medicals were also passed. And then the second medical have also been passed. ???

They send acknowledgment letter ( some get via email ) and then the office, CPP-O or LVO, but you are a Aug 2008 Applicant? how come you got doc request so latea? all older apps got in Nov, 11

Thank you for the reply. Actually i never received additional doc request from cic in nov 2011, i called them couple of times after reading on their website to contact them if doc request is not received. But i never received proper help from them. As they always says to wait patiently, i was being nice to them and waited patiently thinking my application is still in the line, moreover i didndt know what was required for the additional doc request and thought may be my docs were all good and never really required additional doc .
after much browsing online i found this forum and joined here and our forum member suin asked me to keep contacting them. \thats how my file got reopened after they closed it. In october 2013 the cic helpline person noted down my email address and properly passed it over to the right person in cic and finally got the additional doc request in email. In 2012 i did talk to their helpline and the person asked for my email add, but nothing really happened then, guess this person never passed on my email to the right person.
In all these, i missed 2 years of the application process, but glad it is reopened now!

Send with copy and proof of courier - dont ignore it

ok how much weight we can carry or dont they charge on it as they mentioned in letter that no duty fee required on stuff which we wanna import after arriving- so does it mean dere is no restriction or limitation on weights, or should we call in custom department for d procedure , any idea??

No special tests. Just the same procedure brother and that too is abt to expire in three months

Decision Made on my mother's application today. The status changed to in process on December 5 and decision made on January 12.

Is the passport going to come through courier service or through registered post.

Is Decision made means approved for Visa or could it also mean refusal.

status changed to decision made means processing is done now u will recieve passports and copr through registerd indian mail in few days
what was ur timeline and when the medicals were done?

Wow..Congratulations.,,Decision made on January 12??but today is sunday..it means they work on Sunday also..
