Mine was around that time too - no news either ....And I also only ordered electronic files (not physical).

Is it 30 days + mailing time? I flagged 'email' and 'CD' in the form and said in the cover letter that either one works for me (I know that there is a restriction in size for email and that is why I was not sure if they are able to do email in my case, have no idea what the file size is)

My GCMS timeline:
ordered on 22nd June 2012 [ by email and CD; E_file - status of an application, permanent residence and physical files for medical
Received on 31st July 2012 CD and paper format only.]

My parents case seem to have been delayed as the officer has sent email to new delhi office requesting for their medical reports from last year visit to canada for comparison purpose. The report was printed on 26th June and medical recieved by ottawa on 14th May 2012 and updated their system on 20th May 2012.

Yesterday I send an email to ask about my notes request, please see what they are answered:
Your file number is : A-XXXX-XXXX

The due date of your request is : 27/07/2012

Due to a high volume of requests we cannot process your request within the expected delays.

Please note that the information will be sent as soon as possible.

Additional information about our Time frames available on our website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/time.asp

did the survey yesterday although i highly doubt Jason Kenney is going to bother looking at this since he already knows what he is going to do.

Also wondering why is there such a high volume for CAIPS request, people know the general timeline and there is no reason to get restless and overburden CIC which will eventually affect our timelines.

Thanks for sharing! I will try to wait patiently a bit longer.. (yours took a bit over a month - but that is with physical files!)

I got my medical request today! (well, my parents.)

I am not sure which medical review office it will go to, though. It seems like the offices are not everywhere....

new survey on immigration levels planning..please do take part
http://cic.sondages-surveys.ca/s/immigration2013/langeng/

Thanks for letting us know about this survey. I just completed the survey and received a large number of questions; however, these questions were about economic class mostly. Therefore, I used "additional comments" box to provide my input about family class immigration.

Please Help--- My parents submitted the complete application for PR in May 2011 and Medicals were done on Jan 3rd 2012 and passports were sent on January 15th 2011. We paid the Landing fee on March 20th 2012.
Since then we are waiting for the confirmation for PR. Ecas status "Medical results have been received" since April 2012.

Is this normal or how do I know if something is still remaining. I'm worried as that the medical results are valid for 1 year only.

Please suggest.

Hi, any idea CPC-M working(decision made) on what dates? Because I sent my docs on May 14th and not received any thing after that so hoping decision made directly instead AOR as some of cases. Any advise would be appreciated because that will releaf me little.

Thanks
Hii KPindia getting an AOR is not important, and i agree that you will get approval letter straight. Do you have any dependants on your file? if not very soon.

I assume I will get the same response if I email.

We are on the same timeline so let's keep each other posted (if one of us gets anything)
Today I receive by email GCMS notes. I'll look later, I don't have time now....

They are sending meds ( as far as I can see ) for files which were sent in Feb. However, the only options I know of is to fill another IMM5476 ( request to add another or remove old representative ) or email New Delhi and explain them the situation. They take a long to respond ( that too if they choose to do so )
