i check my e-cas it is not working i check daily but now it stop giving me any information

I was wondering on IMM0008 form did you guys included non accompanying dependants name???? or only who are accompanying to principle applicant?? i got a package returned from cic saying missing information, trying to figure out

Guys,
I ran into the same issue last weekend. I could check my ECase before the last weekend with my PR number. I could not check my profile with any ID. After the weekend , I could check my profile only with client ID number and no other number was working. I called CIC and realized that they have started working on my file. My guess is that they have started working on your case and you should be able to check your profile with client ID after the weekend. Best of luck to everyone.

Hi frnd i want to ask u one thing how many days after your e-cas again appear should i call cic on monday to ask about any update or later on
 
Check your status on Monday with your client ID. No other ID works for me other than client ID number ( the 8 digit one). I would suggest calling them a few days after to check when they started working on your profile. We should all hear back from them soon.

How you check the status with your parents UCI? The letter I got from CPC-M shows my UCI and I can access to the ecas by putting my information with that. Where do you find your parent's UCI? I have the UCI for my parent's file when they visited Canada and if I try using that UCI with my Dad's information as he is the principle applicant, it doesn't work.

I had problems to, but it works now, I used my moms UCI ( was on the medical request form) and my moms info to log in, hope this helps

I got my parents UCI on their medical request forms. My parents did not visit Canada before so I did not have any other UCI. Have you received medical request?
