Name of office where forms submitted and location of office ..do I need to write New delhi address or Case Processing Centre Mississauga Huumm??

2) as 21 years dependent do I need to fill another form if yes then where to sign ??

Transferred to local VO( Ankara): May/14/2012
Started the processing your file: Dec/07/2012
and still nothing after that

Hi user828 could u pls tel me wht is the diff btw ATIP n GCMS note ,my sister had order ATIP on 15april and yesterday she got mail in which they said they need 50 days more to collect information, what does it mean ,should she again apply for gcms note or not pls reply we r very confuse ,its been 6 months since we hd send medical and passport to ND ,on 24 jan we hd send background check for my dad's job as he is in police department

MP office got back to me. LVO-ND said they are still working on sept 2007 files (which is a blatant lie) and since the average processing time is 56 months they should not be contacted before that. My file is still in queue waiting for an officer.

My MP sent request a month ago , still haven't heard back from delhi yet, should have ordered GCMS first.

try calling your mp, mine got back to me within a week.

Sadly, as of next year they will accept only 5,000/year ..................... the $25,000 quota was only for 2012 and 2013. I sincerely feel for those whose files sit with very busy embassies. The new requirements, however, will reduce the number of applicants.

Just wander how they will select just 5000 applicants - first come first serve?

67 months here and there has been no issues from my side either, no dna, no medical / security issues and no dependents. Just parents.

I do agree they lie when they say working on sep 2007 files, when 2008 apps are already getting visas.

try explaining this to the mp office. all they do is just give bureaucratic answers. my file is as simple as it gets, just one parent. i asked them to explain how did the processing time increase when your government is basking in the glory of false claims of lowering processing times. didnt hear back from them after that.
