I have applied in 2010 as well. on-line cic services is not working for me as of now, but will let u know on my application status.
Can u please tell me if u have recieved any letter from cic on submittion of new forms for your parents application?

Now I am confused more .I called Cic about my status changed and he told me that they havent even open my file yet . It changed because its been 3 years and the wanted to let me know that we still have your file in process.Do you guys think that makes any sense lol ?

Receive AOR from Islamabad today, later dated Jan. 30/13 and they required us to send the documents within 45 days in which 22 days has already passed and only 23 days left. I am just wondering what's going to happened if we can't send the docs in within required time? Can we send the cover letter stating that we received the later that late?

I did order caips and got the response of my parents file. I havenot received any mail or email for medical request but in from CAIPS response it says medical in process and at the end of the file it did says the same thing as yours the same email they sent to us the bulk email requesting for PI and medical etc so what can we do now. Please help me.

Send an email to Delhi High Commission and mention that as per GCMS notes an email was sent to you but you did not receive any email...and request for medical forms etc.

When we got AOR they gave us 90 days then.Thats good that they are speeding up now.
I think 22 days are enough to send documents.Why you think you can't send on time?

yeah it makes sense, they have received the file an will look at it sometime this year. once approved it will go to ottawa or lvo-nd. what are you confused about???

I do not think they will ask you for more documents (since 2010 applicants were already using the new forms, someone correct me if i am wrong) provided all the documents you initially provided were in order and they do not need any more information to determine your eligibility to be a sponsor. once you are approved you will get a letter letting you where you file went.

i think you can do it online. use your parents uci number.

Ecas has not changes, its still says when we recvd the approved letter in Dec.3/12
No email recvd, just recvd snail mail here in Canada.

Thanks Luck786, the letter says that they will work "First come and First served basis" i told them to prepare PCC ASAP but then they would have to send Police Cert. to me from Pakistan plus i will prepare the forms etc then will send to Islamabad thats why i think that it might get bit tight. I wont be submitting the docs I already submitted just the forms that you told me previously and PCC with covering letter to tell them that we had already submitted the docs to Mississauga.
