I am new to this and I live in Canada from last one year im an only child and my parents live in home country. Can anyone advise me about my options to get my parents here other then visitor or super visa.

The parental sponsorship is closed till November 2013.... The only option for you now is to wait till they open it again with new rules and regulations.... another option could be a humanitarian program, but in order your parents to be eligible for that application, they should be in Canada.....

Although every case is different, that category is extremely difficult as we tried in 2007 and usually is reserved for folks who are in dire straits or single parent etc

each case is different. in our case we got our mom here in Canada on visitors visa and trying to keep her here by extending her stay

We tried on Humanitarian Grounds but they see your issues from the other side of the spectrum, with reasons like 'your own mistake', live with relatives back home until file approved. I mean in reality, people make mistakes themselves thus fall into issues and while it's easy to say to live with relatives - what relative would be happy to have someone live over their place for a period of 5 years ( current processing time from Canada ) - anyways point is, it's not easy to apply on those grounds so I recommend not to think of it as a sure shot thing.
Your best best is to apply for Super Visa and that way they can live for 2 years then another 2 years, till then the immigration system will open up with newer options
