Hi Guys,
I am new to this forum. My time line is:
Sponser parents with two sisters = Aug. 2007
Sponsership approved from canada = Oct 2010
Medical Request from New Delhi = Dec. 2011
Medical done and passport sent = jan. 2012
Permanent residence status on E-Cas shows:
We have received your application for pr.
Medical results have been received.

It has been 9 months that my parents sent there passport to new delhi. Nothing happens till now.

I am in canada.I noticed that on e-cas i saw home address and current mailing address are both my address in canada.
Please anyone suggest me if it is ok or mailing adress should be my parents address in India.

My parents passport is also at new delhi for last 9 months. Atleast your ecas shows Med. received. Mine is still just Application Received.

hi everyone,

just wondering if it take a while for the application of my moms application to be released.

iv got letter from visa office asking for their passport and some documents which we already submitted before.
and they already required them to go to medical. my question is is it the standard for them to ask the same time the passport and the ordering of their medicals?

i submotted their app april 2008

Online status showed "decision made" today and says letter has been sent on Sept. 18th about the decision. Contacted CIC and was told that i'm approved as sponsor, they didn't said where file is transfer but looking at trend it will be possibly transferred to LVO as i have dependends on file.

Also, looking for some guidance.

I'm representative of my parents and so far received all communication from CIC to my current address in Canada but after my file will be transferred to LVO I prefer to get this communication in home country. Can somebody suggest what is the best option to do that? How can I request CIC to communicate to my address in back home.

Thanks.

hi,

after you requested them to forward all the correspondes in your home country, did they chaneg the address? i also did the same thing. i ask them to forward everyhthing on my home country but im not sure if they will allow it. also im thinking if i need to changed the mailing address in my e-cas. do u think that the good idea. when they sent a ltter for requesting my mom to do medical it takes a month before i recievd it here in canada. thats why im behind like 30 days. and i have 15 days to work on the documents they want . they also ask for thier passport already. please share your experience thank u
