I can think of two options

1) If your parents are in Canada then you can set an appointment and visit the Officer and get the visa. (If this is at all possible)
2) If your parents are in India you simply forward your passport with the letter received from CPP-O that you have been approved to get the Visa.

Passport has to go to LVO for stamping, then appt with Via officer or U-Turn from USA ( if you have visa )

Some progrees on my parent's case. Today they received letter from LVO New Delhi for Medicals and Passport. Letter was dated 07/21/2012. I am still waiting for my dad to scan the letter and send it to me.

I believe your file was transfer to CPP-O. Still not clear how CIC will take decision on CPP-Ottawa file. Hope you will have sometning soon. At least compare to me you are in better position... LOL....

After three months of transfer, you receive request for PCC and some additional documents.

nope..but they messed up my email so I probably missed AOR as well. However, I gave them IM5476 ( Representative ) with my address, email ( same as original one which they messed up ) so i am waiting......

In April, 2012, they asked my parents to fill form for my unaccompanified adult(my brother), details about my parents's studies, past addresses and copies of all pages of my old Indian passport.

My file transfer to New Delhi on janurary 20 and i got AOR on feb 10 but after that there is no processing and my ecase still shows application received ,i dont how new delhi office pick up files they dont process according to sequence because i have dependant child in my file so i think they r giving preference to parents ony not parents with dependant .
