actually when i got email for passport on 21 nov,,that day i check the status that is in process...after this i check this on coming friday after 8 days that is decision made,,,this is a long period of time that we hv face,,,i hv no trust in immigration side untill i hv passport in my hand with shining visa.....soooo will rock when got passportss

Congrats bro , I am so happy for u,, ur & amy1 case , is giving me hope ,, as we never got any communication regarding any study or other issue after our medical in dec2012,,,no inquary said will hear something after 30 nov,, & background- verification is going on,, I hope they are satisfied with all that's why didn't ask for any thing & doing background checks /verifications,,,

Confused and stressed! Please share your thought. So the minor dependent on my parent sponsorship is currently in Canada trying humanitarian application, lawyer is expensive but they never give genuine advice as all they care about is their fees by keeping their client. The lawyer wants to challenge the federal court for the humanitarian file of my dependent. Is it worth trying for the humanitarian when my dependent can easily immigrate via parent sponsorship. I know sponsorship file could take few years but at least there is a legal way to immigrate. If the dependent returns to India, would it be easy to come back under the same parent sponsorship.

Can some one tell me how long will it take from status " medical documents have been received" to "Decision Made"? Islamabad office is moving things quickly.

My question is from applicants whose visa office is Islamabad paksitan. Does anyone know/ have applications that are sent to London visa office recently, that once application package is complete is it directly sent to London or first it is sent to ISB and than london? I am afraid that we might have file transfers two times, 1st to isb and then to london , which means more wait, more time, because how they will do background checks and all that? Wont they need the islamabad office for that?
