Can we request change in our visa office in same country. Like from New delhi to Hyderabad?

But the only visa office listed for parents sponsorship is new Delhi,

I just never received the additional doc request, though I kept them updated with change in my address. I gave them a call almost a year ago, but they never sent me the doc request then, I thought all was good. Called them again this month after joining this forum and got advise from Suin ( forum member) to try again, finally someone bothered emailing me the add doc request. Now working on completing the form. CIC wasted 2years of my application, either they missed sending it or they send it to wrong add
Glad I found this forum and back to working on my application.
When I called cic this month, they actually Had my file closed, but guess it's reopened now that I contacted them.

I have requested an MP inquiry into the status of my application on the 08th of oct and it is 22nd of oct today. Haven't heard anything yet. I wonder how long it will take the MP to get the inquiry done. Btw with this Canada PR application, the only thing I seem to be getting perfect at is "waiting"

Hi Itslaeq,

Usually it takes 4,5 days for Mp to inquire about status of application.
I think you should contact him again

Sorry dear it's "someone else case " on trakkit ,but our medical req/med done /med rec dates are same ,,

Our time line is
Applied cpc-March 2007
Sponsorship approved -jab 2010
File transfer to chc ND/AOR-March 2010
Med/ passport/ PCC req- nov 2012
Med done -dec2012
Med rec on ecas jan 2013
Mine still say "application rec on march 2010+ med rec "since (jan2013),,
Hope to get our file finalized b4 medical expiry in dec & otherwise v gonna cross" 7+ years in March 2014""

Hello Forum

My parents first medicals were done 11/Aug/2011 which expired 10/Aug/2012 with background checks still pending. Now they went through another medical on 9/April/2013 and by the way of CAIPS notes we came to know that the background checks are still pending. Anybody any advice please.Thanks
