Yes, that is the link they mentioned in the cover letter. I would send the police certificate in advance to save the time for sending papers back and forward.

yes, we are in Canada. In the cover letter they "strongly recommend to take steps now to obtain the police certificate and have it sent with the complete application or when the visa office requests them"...

our office is not New Delhi. it can take up to a few months for us to get it. I did not know that you can get it so fast from the authorities in your county :)

That's a good question, as my Mom is still in Canada with us.

Hey shin can you check if your mom was issued any UCI....visitors don't get any immigration paper but they just get a stamp on passport....

I don't know how to get that information. The border service even did not stamp my Mom's passport on her arrival.

I think I will leave it blank, they will figure it out. They said leave it blank if you not sure.

That is exactly what we are doing. It also does not have the asterisk, so it means it's not important.

Thanks for reply guys.. One more thing my parents have visited Canada for couple of times on visitor visa. Would they have UCI number?

If your parents have never applied to extend their stay in Canada, then they wouldn't have UCI. Hope this helps :)

Hi Livingthedreams
I have seen my mother's UCI number is the same on her visa , it's located lower bottom left side, 8 digit number. thx
