There is a significant backlog of applications and processing times are around 3 years these days but could get longer. Would suggest not focusing on trying to monitor applications this closely because there will be very long periods of time when nothing changes. You were just asking about medicals. You are going to drive yourself insane if you try to monitor applications so closely knowing that processing is very slow and the majority of the processing time is waiting in line for your turn over and over again.

I read a post that someone who submitted their application in first week of Aug 2025 received pre arrival letter in GCKey So it sounds like things are moving- slowly but surely.

I don’t see anyone updated anything to excel tracker yet.

My parents have received Biometric Instruction Letter for their PGP2025 application. However, their biometrics are still valid until 2031, as they were completed during their Super Visa application. The biometric validity is also showing in the GCKey portal under their PGP application. Is it mandatory for them to provide biometrics again for the PGP application, or should we raise a webform to inform IRCC that their biometrics are still valid?
Has anyone experienced a similar situation with their PGP application?

I was in the same situation. I contacted CIC and they said the biometrics are tied to each application so they can't use the one done for Super Visa. I had to re-do it and it's been updated on the portal that biometrics is complete. You should do the same asap.
