Yes, cannot take chances as they act erratic and state documents not received

This is one of the many reasons processing is to slow. Many people don’t follow directions. They send multiple webforms instead of waiting for the response and also while also calling frequently, send more than the required documents like pictures, reply via all methods and not just one, order GCMS notes monthly even though they are undergoing normal processing and likely nothing has changed when it comes to their application, etc.

I am not sure how ircc process these applications, some got aor within 2 months, while others did not get ADR until 3 months later,

Somewhat random but also varies depending on how complicated the file is and how the application was filled out. All you can do is go along for the ride and give IRCC any additional information if requested.
